These "Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter "TC") describe the terms and conditions that each party accepts by using the website www.noagroup.ro (hereinafter the "Site"), which is administered by NOA Tax Advisors SRL, with headquarters in Bucharest, Șoseaua Pipera 4, 4th floor, having unique registration code RO 42748105, registered with ONRC under number J40/7711/2020, and applies to all companies affiliated with the above-mentioned company (companies referred to separately or jointly hereinafter as "NOA").
